Hillary: All You Need is Love

Hillary Clinton wants to be the Love President. I thought that was her husband, but OK, let’s roll with it. Hillary said one of the stupider things I’ve heard a Democratic presidential candidate say in an interview on the Lifetime channel that aired Wednesday. Asked what she, as a “female,” would bring to the presidency, Hillary flashed back to the sixties and said, “I really believe we need more love and kindness and nurturing in our country, and in the world. I don’t mean this to be Read more […]

Hillary Clinton Considered Causing Protests in Israel

When I first heard this news I was amazed. But then I realized that it wasn’t as bad as what we did in Ukraine. The Washington Free Beacon reports, “Clinton Considered Secret Plan to Spark Palestinian Protests.” Former secretary of state Hillary Clinton considered a secret plan created by her then-advisers to foment unrest among Palestinian citizens and spark protests in order to push the Israeli government back to the negotiating table, according to emails released as part of the investigation Read more […]

Obama Touts Iran Nuclear Deal; Iran Takes 10 U.S. Sailors Captive

The real state of the union after seven years of President Obama: an international joke. While Obama tried to get America to hop on board his delusion train one last time during his State of the Union speech Tuesday, the Iranian government seized two U.S. Navy boats that entered Iranian waters and held the crews captive. The Iranian government accused the crews of “snooping” but said it will release them “promptly.” (Update: The sailors were reportedly released this morning.) Older readers Read more […]

The NSA Is the Executive Branch’s Political Tool

Awhile back Mark Horne pointed out that if our masters really needed the NSA for terrorism they wouldn’t be using its illegal spy powers for industrial espionage. Indeed, learning about NSA misbehavior cost Boeing business in Brazil. The recent scandal of the NSA spying on Congress demonstrates the same lesson. Representative Mark Meadows of North Carolina writes at the Washington Examiner (emphasis added), According to recent reports, the Obama administration condoned the spying on of senior Read more […]

U.S. Plans to Evict Syrian President and Dissolve Parliament because Democracy

This is so brazen even I am surprised. AP reports, “US sees Assad staying in Syria until March 2017.” The Obama administration has a vision for Syrian leader Bashar Assad’s departure. Even if it works, the president won’t be around to see the plan through. An internal U.S. timeline for a best-case Syrian political transition, obtained by The Associated Press, sets a date of March 2017 for Assad to “relinquish” his position as president and for his “inner circle” to depart. That is two months after Read more […]

Iraqi Soldier Escapes ISIS Prison, Calls Out Obama

Iraqi Master Sergeant Karam Saad, in an interview with the Independent Journal, discussed how he was taken prisoner in 2014 by ISIS. While in Mosul shortly after its capture, Saad was caught by ISIS forces. Matching his name to a list of Iraqi military personnel, the ISIS soldiers took him to a prison facility, where Saad was held for three days. During his time there, Saad said, he was tortured with electric wires and bags full of water tied around his neck. He also witnessed how ISIS treated Read more […]

The State Department Boasts about “Bringing Peace, Security to Syria”

Is this a satire site like the Onion? No, it is The State Department website. BRINGING PEACE, SECURITY TO SYRIA. #2015IN5WORDS Syria: The conflict in Syria has continued to unfold in tragic ways over the course of 2015. From the humanitarian crisis endured by refugees fleeing violence, to the reprehensible human rights violations and violence carried out by the Asad regime, the Syrian people have borne a heavy load. The United States and many members of the international community have stepped Read more […]

Christmas Eve Surprise: Release of Benghazi Emails

But they’re not covering for anyone. No, there’s nothing strange about government bureaucrats working on the holidays to release information when everyone is doing their final Christmas shopping. The Hill reports, “Heavily redacted Benghazi emails released on Christmas Eve.” The Office of the Director of National Intelligence (DNI) released a handful of sensitive documents Thursday morning dealing with terrorism suspect Anwar al-Awlaki and the terrorist attacks in Benghazi, Libya. The Christmas Read more […]

A Third of Syrian Rebels Agree with ISIS

Supporting the Syrian rebels against Assad–as bad as he is–is morally perverse. We’ve covered before  how the rebels work with ISIS. To claim they are moderates is false. Here is more evidence from Rare.US: “Study: 1 in 3 Syrian rebels shares ISIS’s ideology.” A report released today by the Centre on Religion and Geopolitics—a think tank tied to former UK prime minister Tony Blair who helped orchestrate the 2003 invasion of Iraq—shared grim findings about the chaos that will persist Read more […]

U.S. Knows ISIS Locations, Refuses to Bomb Them

“What are you prepared to do?” That was the iconic line Malone, Sean Connery’s character, said to Elliot Ness, played by Kevin Costner, in “The Untouchables,” a movie about four unlikely officers trying to take down Al Capone during Prohibition. In that film, most of the officialdom in Chicago was complicit with Capone’s liquor and crime trade, even turning the other way when Capone’s gang murdered people. The movie shows Capone, the kingpin of all crime, living large in public, followed by Read more […]

Dare We Hope that Ted Cruz is Hostile to the Neocons?

The question raised by this story at National Review is: Does this reflect Ted Cruz’s real position or is he posing? (I don’t think of Ted Cruz as someone who is likely to pose, but it almost seems too good to be true.) We are told in the headline, “Many GOP Foreign-Policy Leaders Are Suspicious of Ted Cruz.” An influential chorus within the Republican establishment is raising questions about whether Ted Cruz can be trusted on foreign policy. Among this crowd, Cruz’s use of the term “neocon” Read more […]

John Kerry Spells out Reason for Western Nations to Invade the Rest

Thanks go to Chris Hodges for pointing this out. Here’s an excerpt posted at Breitbart.com: … The fact is that even if every American citizen biked to work, carpooled to school, used only solar panels to power their homes, if we each planted a dozen trees, if we somehow eliminated all of our domestic greenhouse gas emissions, guess what – that still wouldn’t be enough to offset the carbon pollution coming from the rest of the world. If all the industrial nations went down to zero Read more […]
