Democrat Congressman Says a First-Trimester Baby Is Not Human because Supreme Court Says So

While declaring open season on every first-trimester baby he seems to forget that Planned Parenthood is gunning for the second trimester too.

While the Planned Parenthood hearings are rather disappointing, there have been opportunities to force members of our political class to reveal themselves as the Nazi scum that they are.

Thus, CNS News reports, “Gutierrez: I Respect The Law That an Unborn Baby With a Human Heart Is Not a Human Being.”

When asked if an unborn baby with a human heart and human liver is a human being, House Representative Luis Gutierrez (D-Ill.) cited the Supreme Court and said that “in the first trimester, they’re not.”

At the U.S. Capitol on Wednesday, CNSNews.com asked Rep. Luis Gutierrez (D-Ill.),  “Is an unborn baby with a human heart and a human liver a human being?”

Gutierrez responded, “The Supreme Court says that in the first trimester, they’re not.”

Right. And the Constitution says that slaves are three-fifths of a person and the Supreme Court in the Dred Scott decision said they counted as property, not people.

Did that make it true?

CNSNews.com followed up by asking, “Okay, so what species is it if it isn’t a human being?”

“I am — I support the Constitution of the United States and I respect the laws of this land,” Gutierrez said.

CNSNews.com then started to ask, “So –” but Congressman Gutierrez continued and said, “That decision has already been made, and I’m going to follow the law.”

So when Gutierrez stands trial for crimes against humanity, he is prepared to say in his defense that he was only following orders. After all, if he didn’t go along with killing babies in the womb, harvesting their organs, and selling them for money, he would be shot for disobeying orders… Oh wait. He just wouldn’t be able to stay in office as a politician with a baby-killing constituency. That sounds like a dire alternative. No wonder he feels compelled to go along with the abortion industry.

But what is this about the first trimester? As Kirsten Powers points out, the organ market really prefers second trimester “cadavers” precisely because they offer better intact organs. Gutierrez doesn’t even realize that his words still condemn Planned Parenthood.
