If babies have livers and lungs then how are they not baby parts?
The Washington Times reports another desperate effort at spin: “Doctor: Don’t call them ‘baby parts,’ call them ‘products of conception’”
A pro-choice doctor is challenging the term “baby parts” to describe fetal tissue and organs, arguing that they should be referred to as “products of conception.”
In a Thursday article for the New Republic, Dr. Jen Gunter, a California-based OB/GYN, took issue with the use of “baby parts” by pro-life groups following the Center for Medical Progress’s release of videos with Planned Parenthood doctors discussing fetal-tissue donation.
In press releases, the center has routinely referred to the fetal hearts, livers and lungs donated for medical research after abortions as “baby parts,” but Dr. Gunter argued that the term is “medically incorrect.”
“These are not ‘baby parts.’ Whether a woman has a miscarriage or an abortion, the tissue specimen is called ‘products of conception,’” she said.
Excuse me? We heard these “products of conception” referred to as “intact” “hearts,” “livers,” and “lungs”
We’ve been very good at getting heart, lung, liver, because we know that, so I’m not gonna crush that part, I’m gonna basically crush below, I’m gonna crush above, and I’m gonna see if I can get it all intact.
What kind of “product of conception” has lungs, a heart, and a liver that can be extracted if you make sure you crush in the right places?
Answer: a baby you have just crushed to death.
If these are real organs then they come from a real human body!
This Doctor Death is pretending that human conception does not produce a human baby. The “products of conception” are human children—nothing more and nothing less. To kill them is to murder human beings.
Human organs come from human beings.
