Iraqi Soldier Escapes ISIS Prison, Calls Out Obama

Iraqi Master Sergeant Karam Saad, in an interview with the Independent Journal, discussed how he was taken prisoner in 2014 by ISIS. While in Mosul shortly after its capture, Saad was caught by ISIS forces. Matching his name to a list of Iraqi military personnel, the ISIS soldiers took him to a prison facility, where Saad was held for three days. During his time there, Saad said, he was tortured with electric wires and bags full of water tied around his neck. He also witnessed how ISIS treated Read more […]

Christian Refugees about to Be Turned Away

We have covered this story before and now we have an update. The headline from the Daily Mail sheds light on the ISIS refugee question: “Two dozen Iraqi Christians who fled ISIS and crossed into the U.S. seeking religious asylum could be booted out in days.” Iraqi Christians fleeing persecution at the hands of ISIS are being turned away at the American border despite having family sponsors – as thousands of Muslims are granted asylum. At least 27 of the targeted minority, known as Chaldeans, Read more […]

No ISIS Genocide of Christians according to the State Department

Nina Shea, the director of Hudson Institute’s Center for Religious Freedom, writes in the National Review: A report by a renowned journalist states that Christians are to be excluded from an impending official United States government declaration of ISIS genocide. If true, it would reflect a familiar pattern within the administration of a politically correct bias that views Christians — even non-Western congregations such as those in Iraq and Syria — never as victims but always as Inquisition-style Read more […]

Muslim Refugees Becoming Christians in Response to ISIS

Experiencing Mohammad-like behavior is leading many Muslim refugees in Iraq to embrace Jesus. Apparently, the conversions we see happening among Muslim German immigrants is also taking place in the refugee camps in Iraq. Christianity Today reports, More and more Muslim refugees in UN camps in Iraq are embracing Jesus Christ and expressing repugnance of their former religion, Christian Aid Mission workers have disclosed. “They’re just sick of Islam,” a Christian ministry leader in the Kurdish Read more […]

American Troops Not In “Combat” in Iraq

Barack Obama thinks if he denies that he is doing things that everyone can see, they still won’t see it. In this case, the Nobel peace prize winner wants to pretend that he isn’t starting another Iraq War. Sometimes however someone in the military forgets to repeat the partyline. Rare.com reports: Briefing reporters hours after the raid took place,  Pentagon press secretary Peter Cook said that “U.S. forces are not in a combat role in Iraq.” He said a team of elite U.S. soldiers had provided Read more […]

Trump on Other Republicans: ‘They want to start World War III over Syria. Give me a break!’

Donald Trump blasts Republican foreign policy and suggests our Syria position will cause World War III. While this speech does display some of the flaws of Donald Trump (which he thinks of as his strengths) it also shows some insight into American policy and into what the voters want to hear. This video was posted at The Hill. Interestingly, the accompanying story gives the reader no idea that crowds were cheering him in Oklahoma City: “Trump: GOP rivals want to ‘start World War III over Read more […]

Dick Cheney Tries to Revise History regarding Iraq

Contrary to Dick Cheney, invading Iraq took a stable country under a toothless dictator, and transformed it to a haven for terrorists. According to Bonnie Kristian at Rare.US, Dick Cheney is going on the news shows claiming that it was good we invaded Iraq: “No, Dick Cheney, you weren’t right about Iraq.” Naturally, this is coming up because Cheney is beating the war drums for Iran. So the question arises, why should we trust him about Iran when he was so wrong on Iraq? Cheney says Read more […]

New Book Provides Further Evidence US made ISIS

The US made ISIS in order to destroy Syria’s secular dictatorship, without caring about the Christians or others they knew would be raped, tortured, and murdered. I’ve already posted about how the US made ISIS by funding terrorists. We have seen how officials try to evade obvious questions when they are posed by reporters (which they do all too seldom). But now there is a new book out which documents more of the actions involved in taking a declining group, Al Qaeda in Iraq, and nourishing Read more […]

No, Jeb, Invading Iraq Was Not a Good Deal

Invading Iraq gave Iran a religious ally, al Qaeda a new playground, and the Christian church a new onslaught of persecution. Jeb Bush wants us to believe that everything wrong in Iraq is the fault of Clinton and Obama while everything done by his father and brother was “a good deal.” This kind of obvious wishful thinking is what could destroy a Republican victory in 2016. A Bloomberg report begins: Jeb Bush defended some of his brother’s Iraq war decisions as president while also seeking to Read more […]

Chaldean Christians Don’t Get to Freely Enter the United States

Why should Chaldean Christians, of all immigrants, get held up at the border? As Mark wrote under the post headline, “State Department Refuses Help to Christians because They Are Christians,” we have evidence and testimony that indicates the United States Federal Government has no intention of acknowledging Christian persecution in the Middle East or allowing Christians to avail themselves of the same provisions for religious refugees that others may use. In fact, the headline may understate Read more […]

ISIS Fighter Was Trained by U.S.

State Department confirms that U.S. government sponsored the training of an ISIS fighter both in the U.S. and in Tajikistan. Every time someone objects to arming the Syrian “rebels” because we will end up arming Al-Qaeda-related terrorists, someone replies that we can “vet” them and make sure we give weapons only to “our friends.” Even if our government is genuinely attempting to do that, it remains obvious that they have no control over which side they arm. Sometimes, the people Read more […]

The US Arms ISIS by Arming Iraq

By giving weapons to a nation’s army that cannot keep them, effectively, the US arms ISIS. If we make a mistake once, and then fix it, or change policy, then the mistake is not that sinister. But when we make it over and over, and no one seems to be trying to fix it, we have to wonder if it is a mistake or a plan. We already know that the US arms ISIS. One way they did it is by taking weapons from Libya. But another one of the ongoing ways in which ISIS gets US arms is through Iraq. The Iraqi Read more […]
