Jesse Jackson “Frowns Upon” Chris Lane’s Murder

How many more black-on-white murders and cases of violence have to happen before the national media admit those incidents exist? Recently, a gang of blacks decided for no apparent reason to beat up a white guy to the point that if he survives, he’ll have permanent brain damage. But that remained a local story.

And none of the authorities in that case say the beating was racially motivated. They’re probably not going to try to prosecute the attackers for “hate crimes.” Not that I’m in favor of them being charged with “hate crimes.” It’s just that they were so quick to portray Zimmerman as committing a “hate crime,” by virtue of that fact that he was not black, and Martin was. Therefore, Zimmerman’s killing of Martin was racially motivated.

And I’m sure by now you’ve been inundated by the conservative blogosphere with the much more recent case of a group of three teens, two of whom were black, who decided “for the fun of it” to kill a white guy who happened to be an Australian baseball player. The third guy involved was Michael Jones, a white teen who drove the car so that the black teens in the back could shoot at Chris Lane, who was out running. Jones is being charged with being an accessory to murder, while the other two are being charged with 1st degree murder.

In the case where the white guy was beaten senseless, prosecutors said they had no evidence suggesting that the attack was racially motivated. However, in the murder of Chris Lane, one of the black teens involved was one of those countless tweeters who sounded off after the Zimmerman trial, voicing his dismay at the verdict. He tweeted, rather unintelligibly:

“Ayeee I knocced out 5 woods since Zimmerman court!:) lol sh*t ima keep sleepin sh*t!”

A cursory look at shows that the word “woods” is a derogatory term for white people.

Earlier, he had tweeted: “90% of white ppl are nasty. #HATE THEM.”

So, he doesn’t like white people. And then he shoots and kills one “for fun.” Sounds to me like it’s racially motivated. But don’t hold your breath waiting for anyone in authority to call it a “hate crime.” Hate crimes are only those crimes that involve blacks as victims and non-blacks as the attackers.

The conservatives have been waiting for the black leaders to weigh in on these incidents of black-on-white violence and murder. Finally, Jesse Jackson has spoken. Here was his tweet that showed his utter outrage at what these black teens did to this white guy:

“Praying for the family of Chris Lane. This senseless violence is frowned upon and justice must prevail.”

“Frowned upon?” OK, so maybe I oversold it a bit. I don’t think he was all that outraged. I think he just had to say something so that all the whiteys out there wouldn’t keep hounding him for a response.
