Porngate Shows Us What Kind of People Rule Us

The audio in the above video could be better, but the basic point is that the Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen Kane, who is in some legal trouble at the moment, has exposed others in a scandal. According to the Washington Post, There are jokes about rape and sexual assault, photos mocking African Americans and other minorities, and insults leveled at people because of their weight, their sexual orientation or their religion. At least two state Supreme Court justices and numerous officials Read more […]

Government Agencies: Warrant? We Can’t Be Stopped because No Warrant!

Government agencies are claiming they don’t need a warrant to read your email, and requiring a warrant is a burden. I really don’t understand why we can’t make this kind of opposition a matter for immediate deposition from office. When agencies complain about needing to get a warrant, they are claiming they shouldn’t have to obey the fundamental law of the United States. From the National Journal: “Agencies Say They Need Access to Americans’ Emails Without a Warrant.” The law Read more […]

CIA: Hillary Clinton Email Server Contained Classified Information

Despite her denials, there is now more testimony that the Hillary Clinton email server had material that broke the law. Amid all the questions about whether Hillary Clinton email included classified material, please remember that the private account was illegal even if she didn’t include classified material. But, yes, we have reports from the State Department that her email server contained “top secret” information. And now we have further confirmation from the CIA. The New York Times Read more […]

If Hillary Clinton becomes President, what about Her Emails Then?

Byron York questions who could hold her accountable if Hillary Clinton becomes President. We already know that Congress seems to have no way of holding a President accountable. But Byron York points out in the Washington Examiner that when it comes to dealing with Federal email, Congress is especially impotent. Ironically, this is partially because of a law they passed. The Presidential and Federal Records Act Amendments of 2014 clearly states that email used to conduct government business Read more […]

Ambassador Fired for Private Email Account

An Ambassador fired by Hillary Clinton’s Chief of Staff says he was punished for using a private email account. New facets of Hillary Clinton’s secret email life as Secretary of State keep coming to light. After her own account was revealed it was reported that at least two of her staff also had private email accounts. Then, when the State Department asked what they had actually been doing when given FOIA requests for emails they were supposed to have, but didn’t actually possess, they Read more […]

The Illegal, Off-the-Record, Hillary Clinton Email Account

When people sent Hillary Clinton email, they sent it to a private account when she was Secretary of State. Does anyone remember the big controversy back during the McCain campaign when it was discovered that Sarah Palin had a private email account as well as her official one as governor? This demonstrates that those who are firmly embedded in the ruling class don’t even worry about the rules that other people are supposed to follow (and be punished for violating). Hillary Clinton not Read more […]

Add Snail Mail to Government Spying

Many Americans seemed outraged and violated when they learned that our government had been spying on our all of our phone calls and emails.  If that wasn’t enough, we learned that they have also been spying on our Internet usage, monitoring the sights we visit and our online transactions. In today’s electronic age, the government was using all of the technology they had to spy on Americans.  Nothing electronic was safe from federal prying eyes.  I know of some people who insist on using Read more […]

Emails To Be Taxed?

How many of you live with email?  I don’t tweet, but I sure do email.  Working from home, most of my communication with colleagues in other states is done via email.  On average, I send out between 20-40 emails a day, 6 days a week. I know people who send out a lot more emails every day than I do and wonder what they would do if a tax was imposed on them. A Berkeley city councilman by the name of Gordon Wozniak has proposed placing a tax on emails.  He claims that his purpose is to cut down Read more […]
