Huma Abedin: Hillary Clinton “Easily Confused”

Newser.com is a mainstream news site one wouldn’t expect to cite Judicial Watch or the Hot Air blog, but yesterday they cited both: “Clinton ‘Often Confused,’ Aide Wrote in 2013.” A newly released email about Hillary Clinton is making headlines, though it’s not because of a security breach. In it, top aide Huma Abedin tells another aide that Clinton is “easily confused.” The full exchange from 2013, as obtained by conservative group Judicial Watch:  Abedin to staffer Monica Hanley: “Have Read more […]

Donate to Conservatives: Get Audited

Judicial Watch has emails that show the IRS used donor lists to decide who got audited. Once again we see the IRS needs to be abolished on First and Fourth Amendment. People are not free to communicate or advocate if they can be subjected to punishments for supporting causes that the IRS does not approve of. And they cannot be free of surveillance and spying if they are required to tell the IRS what causes they support. Being audited is excruciating, even if you are ultimately vindicated. And Read more […]

A Smoking Gun Showing that Obama Used the IRS?

Judicial Watch claims they have evidence Obama used the IRS to audit critics. While I acknowledge that Wayne Root may be a publicity hound, there’s too much smoke around his case not to reasonably suspect a fairly big fire raging in the background. Where that fire initiates could be yet another reason to nail the IRS’s coffin shut, permanently. Here is a recent post of his about it: “The Smoking Gun That Ties the IRS Scandal to Obama and Democratic Party.” The IRS scandal just won’t Read more […]

IRS Never Looked for Lois Lerner Emails

As you are probably aware, the IRS claimed that the Lois Lerner emails got lost, without any back up, through a computer hard drive crash. In fact, this happened to several other employees. The idea that federal records could disappear without a trace, records that the IRS was legally obligated to store, seemed insane. It is insane. So Congress ordered the IRS to search for the files to see if they could retrieve all or some of them. Nothing turned up… Because the IRS never looked. As Read more […]

Voter ID Laws Do Affect Minority Voting… By Increasing It

According to Judicial Watch, we now have evidence about voter turnout in response to laws requiring proof of identity in order to vote. Judicial Watch announced today that on June 18, 2014, it joined with the Allied Educational Foundation (AEF) and Christina Kelley Gallegos-Merrill in filing an amici curiae brief with the United States District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina arguing that, contrary to dire predictions by the Obama Department of Justice (DOJ), minority voter turnout Read more […]

Judge Made An Example To Not Obstruct Police State?

Since I’m not a legal expert, I am not one hundred percent sure what to make of this. But it looks suspicious. Judicial Watch reports, “Judge Who Rules NYPD Racially Profiles Punished.” The Clinton-appointed federal judge that ruled New York’s stop-and-frisk program amounts to “indirect racial profiling” got yanked off the case by an appellate court that found the jurist “ran afoul of the Code of Conduct for United States Judges.” It was a painful spanking that one of the city’s Read more […]

Are You SURE You Have Nothing To Hide? IRS Sent Private Info To FEC

Judicial Watch obtained emails through a Freedom Of Information Act request from the IRS. Those emails show the IRS, specifically Lois Lerner, illegally gave private information to the Federal Election Commission: The revealing email chain obtained by Judicial Watch begins with a February 3, 2009, email from a redacted FEC attorney asking Lerner if the IRS had issued an exemption letter for American Future Fund (AFF). The writer of the letter notes, “When we spoke last July, you told us that the Read more […]
