The media reported an active shooter and a standoff at a Planned Parenthood in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Planned Parenthood lost no time using the tragedy for propaganda:

There are more details to learn about this shooting, but at this point there are questions at to whether Planned Parenthood was even an intentional target.
Consider some information from the Young Conservatives’ post, “Media Prematurely Blames Colorado Springs Shooting On Planned Parenthood Extremism.”
Much like the Oregon shooting, the media immediately pounced on this tragedy to push their own narrative that the shooter was a right wing lunatic who was out to take revenge against Planned Parenthood.
However, as the facts begin to trickle out, we are learning that Planned Parenthood might not have had anything to do with the actual crime.
Some places are reporting Planned Parenthood had nothing to do with it while others are saying that the police do not know at this point.
We don’t know where this shooting started but that hasn’t stopped the left from politicizing it.
UPDATE: It appears that the shooting was “near” the Planned Parenthood location, not “inside.” The shooter barricaded himself in the clinic after woundinga police officer outside of an eye care center.
UPDATE 4: Witnesses are saying the shots were fired from Chase Bank, with the suspect then “ducking into” the Planned Parenthood as the police arrived.
They posted some other reports including this update from The Gazette:
Colorado Springs police says there is no connection to Planned Parenthood and shooting victims are getting treatment.
The Gazette also wrote about the shooter:
He previously lived in North Carolina in a mountain cabin where he kept mostly to himself, living with no electricity or running water on a winding dirt road about 15 miles west of Asheville, the Associated Press reported.
“If you talked to him, nothing with him was very cognitive — topics all over the place, said James Russell, who lived a few hundred feet away.
He would often avoid eye contact. Still, Russell said religion or abortion never came up in conversation, the Associated Press reported.
A Gateway Pundit headline also points out problems with claiming the shooter is a right-wing extremist: “COURT RECORDS: Colorado Planned Parenthood Shooter NOT Republican, Identifies as Woman.”
He posted the voter registration:
Obviously the facts don’t match the Planned Parenthood narrative.
