Forbes: The Impeachment Option Would Be Well-Deserved

From Forbes:

Since President Obama signed the Affordable Care Act into law, he has changed it five times. Most notably, he suspended the employer mandate last summer. This is widely known, but almost no one seems to have grasped its significance...

If the President can ignore the laws passed by Congress, of what use is Congress? The President can do whatever he chooses. Congress can stand by and observe. Perhaps they might applaud or jeer. But in terms of political power, Congress will be irrelevant. Probably, it will become a kind of rubber-stamp or debating society. There are many such faux congresses in tyrannies throughout history and around the globe...

The lack of respect for the Supreme Court by the Obama administration is manifest. They feel bound by the Court’s decisions only if they agree with them. If they disagree, it is deuces wild; they will embrace any fiction that nullifies the Court’s decision...

Those who currently hold political office, and who want to keep our system of government, need to act now. Surely, rejection of the Constitution is grounds for impeachment and charges should be filed. In addition, there are many other actions that Congressmen can and should take—actions that will tell Mr. Obama that we have seen where he is going and we will not let our country go without a fight.... [READ THE WHOLE EDITORIAL]

It is a significant moment when a publication of the stature of Forbes magazine joins the call for this President's impeachment.

Yes, it is beyond time for charges to be filed, and for Congress to act. The very future of our nation's freedom hangs in the balance when any leader, from any political party, shows such disdain for the Constitutional restraints placed upon him by solemn oath.

Barack Obama is governing as a dictator, and he must be stopped. He is acting as an enemy of the Constitution, and there are thousands in this country who have also taken oaths to rise up against such men.

Where are they? How many oath-breakers can a nation stand?

  1. Boehner will go down in history as the Chamberlain of our times. He alone could stop the descent of America into a dictatorship, but chooses to ride the ship down so he can sit at the Kings feet and wash them with kisses. No person alive can deny obama, reid, pelosi, boehner, graham are corrupt to the core. A very public trial of all should be held then do kerry and McCain. Two family disgraces. McCain's father would have aborted if he could have foreseen the damage his son did to the country dad once served. kerry is a money grabbing whore hopper. he does as his wife commands him so he can keep his toys.

  2. This SOB has broken a dozen laws and violated the constitution numerous times that qualifies for impeachment and nothing has happened yet , congress hasn't got the balls to do what needs to be done...

  3. Impeachment will not work ,, Treason might !! but we Must get him out of White House Quickly ,,,Obama"s favorite word in Islam ,",TAQIYYA" and he practices it every Day,

  4. Too many candy asses on the hill, the people need to haul his ass out and do a good old fashioned tar and feather.

  5. blacksunshine84 says:

Kenya, of all countries, is pushing for the UN to make a law that heads of states cannot be prosecuted for their actions while in office. I think 0webama won't be going anywhere until this is done.

  6. blacksunshine84 says:

WE need 0webama to be removed as a usurper, not impeached, if we want all the legislation he has signed into law to go away.

  7. John in Chicago says:

He can't be impeached because he is black. Even though the evidence is overwhelmingly against him republicans know that the media will concentrate on nothing but his race and the republicans will be political outcasts for decades.

  8. how about just arresting the foreigner due to BEING IN THIS COUNTRY ILLEGALLY

  9. It's sad but nothing is going to happen to the king.

  10. " I will defend the U.S. Constitution with my life, liberty and justice from every evil that comes forth out of the minds of men. "-Thomas Jefferson

This my friends and family that we should follow.

  11. This is something many Americans-- Democrats and Republicans who put our Constitution before our political party -- have been saying for a long time. The President swears to uphold the Constitution and execute laws as passed by Congress. He is not allowed to decide which laws he will enforce and which laws he won't enforce -- which he has done on numerous occasions. He is not allowed to unilaterally change parts of laws -- which he has done on numerous occasions. But, not only Obama deserves to be impeached -- so does Holder, Sebelius, and Napolitano since they oversaw the agencies carrying out these impeachable events.

  12. Impeachment of Obama is certainly "well-deserved," but it's also damn foolish because Obama will be judged by the Senate's Democratic majority, with support from liberal Republicans like Mitch McConnell, guaranteeing dismissal of the charges and Obama emerging from the impeachment trial "justly vindicated" and sparkling clean.

  13. I spoke top the Republican national leaders. They will not drop the President without Dem support. Dem. have the majority in the senate. Another reason to remove the senate magority.

  14. A lot of unlikely publications and/or individuals have brought up the impeachment criteria for quite a while now. What I have trouble understanding is why charges of treason get so little ink. Just his NDAA violations alone scream out his ongoing, daily treasonous acts. And if you have a memory cell or two functioning, and a calendar, you can go back years and start making a list. A list that's getting rather long and, it could be argued, are leading us towards war. A big war that most likely involves nuclear weapons. It would help explain the furious action building underground facilities for........well, not you or I. And historically it wouldn't be the first time the gringo public's been by led that way. And since the F.B.I. has stated repeatedly that Bin Laden was never charged with the WTC bombing because there's no evidence he had anything to do with it, and you actually believe the fairy tale about the 'raid', that's another murder charge to add to his rap sheet. And his openly admitted support of Al Qaeda sort of makes him it's leader, and since he's decided he can run a private 'Murder Inc.', can't someone in the military or intelligence service put him on a drone delivery list?

As a born and raised gringo, that hasn't been in the U.S. in a dozen or so years, the news you are fed by a complicit corporate 'media'(sic) could be from another planet when compared with what the other 96% of humanity gets. And since the Smith-Mundt Modernization Act of 2012, slipped into the treasonous NDAA 2013, the planet would be from another galaxy. The level of lies that comprise your diet of so called 'news', coupled with the natural delusional denial syndrome that afflicts so many gringos has made the question "what's wrong with gringos" that I get asked so frequently, increasingly difficult to answer. But everyone that gives a hoot better get off your butts and do something, and do it quickly, or it may be too late, if it already isn't. Russia and China aren't kidding with their preparations for war. Especially China keeps saying it's unavoidable at this point.

And by the way, since I've yet to see it in a U.S. publication, the fact that more than 60 million of you live within 50 miles of Fukishimas twin GE nuclear plant, and scientists only argue whether its 95 or 100 percent of U.S. plants that are leaking stuff into the air and ground, and disconnecting the alarm sirens is he usual answer to problems at said plants, along with just raising 'acceptable' limits by thousands of percent, hint at big trouble from a quadrant most aren't even aware of. And all those seals, polar bears that are losing hair and bleeding for unknown reasons, and the fish bleeding out on the beach? Just the ones in the Pacific I mean.........what's the Droniac telling you about that little problem?
I'm going to stop this now before I start thinking of doing something that would get me on some kind of list up a minimum. Pura vida and start preparing for the inevitable, something I haven't even mentioned, but somewhere, maybe deep down, you already know about. You might still be in denial, but you know.
